Due to high costs of operating we do our best to offset with efficient and family friendly fundraisers. Our group has been very successful in the past in helping to pay our high costs of ice rental and insurance per member.
Community Bottle Drive – Let us help you clean out those bags of bottles/cans! At any time of the year you can drop off cans/bottles to your local Saskatchewan Sarcan and ask for them to be donated to the Rosetown Skating Club. We arrange a bottle pick -up time during the skating season as well. Each donation, large or small contributes to this very successful fundraiser!
Pizza Sale and Soup Mix– We are happy to announce the return of our very popular fundraiser from previous years. These are high quality frozen pizza kits and soup mixes that are an easy sell!
Christmas Showcase & Bake Sale – At our annual Christmas showcase and CanSkate party we will have a bake sale table. This was an extremely successful event in the past. Not only does it help get people in the Holiday spirit but it helps get your Christmas baking done!
Other Opportunities – Other events and products are offered to us throughout the year and we will consider and take part in any that will benefit our club. Please contact Cara, our Fundraising Coordinator if you have any information regarding fundraising.
To encourage skater development the Rosetown Minor Athletic Association will be providing a $50 subsidy to their members that are registered with both the RMAA and Rosetown Skating Club in a CanSkate or Pre-Power Skate program.
Note from the RMAA – Any new initiation players will be required to have taken at least 1 year of CanSkate before they will be eligible to register for hockey with the Rosetown Minor Athletic Association.
